For best results, the password change should be performed while the device is physically hardwired (plugged in with an ethernet cable) on the local District network. Any SSO accounts that do not comply with the new password requirements will result in the user’s inability to login to any District applications/systems after their specified reset deadline date. For further assistance, users can contact ITS HelpDesk.
