The Division of Adult and Career Education is looking to hire instructors to teach adults English as a Second Language. We welcome everyone to watch the video featuring 9 DACE teachers discussing their ESL classroom experiences.

The Every School Safe: Grooming Prevention - Every Student Deserves to Feel Safe Training Module, is intended for all ELAOC students, ACCT Parents of minors, and ACCT minor students. All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The Immigrant Legal Resource Center's (ILRC) Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when Immigration, Customs & Enforcement (ICE) agents go to a home. LAUSD provides pre-recorded workshops that offer strategies and resources for support during unpredictable times. Participants will have access to Know Your Rights information, immigration resources, and the opportunity to connect with organizations collaborating with the district. Our school will be a place of support and resources for all students and families, regardless of immigration status.
